SJCS Past to Present
St. John's Community Services was founded in 1868 by the parishoners of St. John's Church in Washington, DC, to assist people in the aftermath of the Civil War. Today, SJCS has grown into a vibrant family of people with disabilities and their families, dedicated staff, and committed volunteers in four states.
