TN Staffing Coordinator (Bartlett) – Individual to work collaboratively with management and administrative staff to ensure staffing plans are developed for each assigned location and that staff are deployed at proper levels and with proper training. Provides direct supervision to substitute staff and is responsible for oversight of all staff during orientation. Ensures all staff receives training that is required prior to deployment to initial work assignment. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age and have high school diploma/G.E.D., a current state-issued driver’s license and current motor vehicle record in good standing with three years of administrative experience that includes employment and scheduling operations.

Support Specialists, Day (Bartlett) - Individuals to work in community-based day support program for people with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include accessing and participating in community resources. Candidate must be at least 18 years of age and have high school diploma/G.E.D., a current state issued driver’s license and current motor vehicle record in good standing. Two years of work experience and/or training in the areas of developmental & mental retardation preferred.

Two years of work experience and/or training in the areas of intellectual disabilities preferred.
