Program Coordinator II – Individual to monitor and evaluate all aspects of program operations (programmatic and clinical) to ensure quality of service for all participants.  Requires a license or certification in a clinical field (nursing, PT, OT, Spch/Lang, Behavior, etc.), BA/BS required, MA preferred plus two or more years of experience in direct service with adults with disabilities; one year of supervisory or training experience.  Requires TN driver’s license in good standing as well as current motor vehicle record in good standing.  Opportunity available in Jackson.

Staffing Coordinator (Jackson) – Individual to ensure Community Living Services staffing is consistent with budget and staffing plans.  Also supports Team Leaders with requisitions, scheduling coverage, tracking overtime, reviewing time and attendance, maintaining compliance with SJCS requisition process and maintaining compliance with training standards.  HS/GED required and one year of administrative/office experience.

Support Specialists, Day (5 positions available) – Individual to work in community-based day support program for persons with developmental disabilities.  Responsibilities include accessing and participating in community resources.  Candidate must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma, a current TN driver’s license and current motor vehicle record in good standing. Two years of work experience and/or training in the areas of developmenta and mental retardation preferred.

Support Specialists, Residential - (19 positions available for various locations, day/night/weekend hours) – Individuals will assist in developing community support for persons with disabilities.  This position assures that the consumers are fully integrated into the community.  Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma, a current state-issued driver’s license and current motor vehicle record in good standing.  Two years of work experience and/or training in the areas of developmental and mental retardation preferred.  Positions are available at Red Fern, Beaver Trail (2); Advantage Way (2); Macon; Earhart;  Rivertrace; Summar (2); Amberly (2); Crystal Cove, McCool (5), and Westmoreland..

Team Leaders, Residential (13 in Memphis and 12 in Jackson) Individual will assist the Coordinator in overseeing daily operations of a group home(s) as assigned, and assist in developing community integrated activities for individuals.  Requires Associate's degree in psychology, rehabilitation, education, or related field; &/or a minimum of one year working in either a residential or employment setting with people with developmental disabilities.  Requires current driver’s license in good standing as well as current motor vehicle record in good standing.
