Revenue Coordinator – Individual responsible for monthly billing and collections of revenue for SJCS programs in a timely manner. Prepares reports related to AR and researches and resolves billing discrepancies ensure revenue is billed and collected in a timely manner. Tracks Medicaid, Third Party Billing, State Revenues, Consumers Rents, and other Contracts for assigned states through appropriate/established systems; prepares and analyzes monthly Aging Reports for receivables. Serves as a Billing Liaison between program staff, Contractors, Outside Providers, State, and Federal Government. Assists with the quarterly audits of consumers’ financial records for each assigned state program. Requires bachelor's degree in Accounting with 3 years healthcare billing and receivables experience or AA degree with 5 years in healthcare billing and receivables experience or high school with 7 years general accounting experience, 3 of which must be in healthcare billing and receivables. Experience working with state governments and Medicaid program billing preferred.
Human Resources Assistant –Individual will provide effective support to the agency by maintaining HRIS system data and responding to HR related questions and concerns. Will complete all phases of the hiring process for Home Office staff. Will conduct audits of recruitment and hiring systems in state offices. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of two year’s previous Human Resources clerical/assistant experience. Some travel required.
State Director (Virginia) – Individual to manage supported employment program and to develop other programs options including day habilitation, employment, senior and/or residential services. This is a senior leadership position involving all phases of business operations. Must have extensive knowledge and experience in related regulatory systems, Person Centered Planning, and quality systems, as well as sound management and programmatic philosophy. Position requires a Master’s degree and a minimum of 3+ years management level experience, including budget administration and staff supervision.
