Business Support
Successful businesses want to help strengthen
their communities with their support. Businesses
play an important role in supporting St. John's
Community Services (SJCS) crucial services for children and adults living
with disabilities. Here are some significant ways
companies can get involved.

Philanthropy: Businesses can make general
donations to support our programs or a donation
aimed at a specific service such as clinical services
for children, supported employment or day programs.
SJCS has offices in four states and the
District of Columbia that offer opportunities
for a business to play an important part in the
health of their community.
ARTview Sponsorship: Each fall, St. John's
Community Services benefits from a charitable
art auction. Businesses have the opportunity to
support this event at different sponsorship levels.
Pro Bono Services or Product Donations:
St. John's Community Services appreciates pro bono services and product
donations. These donations would usually qualify
as tax-deductible under Internal Revenue Service
guidelines for contributions to non-profit organizations.
Employee Matching Gifts: Companies enable
their employees to contribute to St. John's Community
Services through workplace donation programs,
such as United Way. And they can double or even
triple these contributions and support causes
that are important to their employees through
Matching Gift programs.
