St. John’s Community Services 140th Anniversary

November 6, 2008
5:30 – 9:30 PM

DAR Constitution Hall
18th & D Streets NW | Washington, DC 20006

St. John's Community Services will celebrate its 140th anniversary of service to people with disabilities and honor people of all abilities by hosting a special evening in the nation’s capital. The evening will feature music by internationally acclaimed four-time Grammy Award winners and an art sale featuring pieces by established and newly discovered talent representing our nation’s wide spectrum of people with and without disabilities. Fitting to the momentous nature of the occasion, St. John’s Community Services is honored to celebrate in one of our nation’s most prestigious and historic locations—Constitution Hall.

St. John’s Community Services will bring together representatives of the visual and performing arts to celebrate the achievements of people living with disabilities and those who provide support and opportunities for their full inclusion into the community. The arts, disability, Interfaith, local and national corporations, and the community at large are invited to join the festivities and build lasting partnerships for generations to come.
