Through our Consulting Services, St. John's Community Services (SJCS) actively supports local, national and international organizations to develop programs, pursue strategic directions, incorporate innovation and meet the challenges of the ever changing human services environment. In a consultative framework, support can be provided one-on-one or in teams to professionals, businesses of all sizes, non-profit organizations, government leaders, international consultants and health and human service agencies throughout the world. St. John's Community Services works with clients to develop practical means to increase the capacity of organizations to realize valuable outcomes for the populations they serve.
SJCS delivers its Technical Assistance and Training through a responsive and flexible client-focused approach. We work with organizations and individuals alike to:
- Enhance skills within your organization
- Integrate new services, practices or ideas
- Support current training and staff development programs
- Extend capacity through expert facilitation and project management
In all our endeavors, our goal is to enable organizations to more effectively address business challenges. We want to complement and strengthen skills of staff by helping them achieve organizational objectives.
SJCS staff can help organizations with strategic planning, program evaluation, developing programs and services, conversion to community-based services, fundraising, advocacy, board development, budget planning and other areas. Training on specific topics pertinent to an organization can also be arranged.
