Our staff is committed to community-based services and advocating for the rights of people with disabilities.  Staff demonstrates unconditional positive regard for people with disabilities and their families, and provides appropriate levels of support so they can fulfill their hopes, dreams and desires.  At SJCS, staff uses person-centered, positive behavioral approaches within a community environment.  They must exercise patience, work flexible schedules and be responsive to various situations.
