DC Program Director of Education Services (School) - Individual responsible for DC school program operations, including program development, staff supervision, liaison with external agencies and funders, and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.  The ideal candidate will have a M.A./M.S. in education, psychology, social work, rehabilitation or related field and a minimum of three (3) years experience working in Special Education instructional capacity. This position also requires a DC Special Education certification and a minimum of three (3) years of staff supervision. Also requires valid health certificate to meet requirements for the school system in which the incumbent works and must have current, state issued driver’s license in good standing.

DC Program Director, CLS-DC (Residential) -  Individual responsible for DC Community Living Services operations, including program development, staff supervision, liaison with external agencies and funders, and compliance with all local/state/federal regulations.  The ideal candidate will have a B.A./B.S .in psychology, social work, rehabilitation or related field and five (5) or more years experience working in a community-based residential setting with persons with intellectual or functional disabilities.  Prior experience in the supervision of direct support staff required.  Also requires valid health certificate to meet requirements for the jurisdiction(s) in which the incumbent works and must have current, state issued driver’s license in good standing.

DC Support Specialists, Residential (positions available for various hours and locations)Individual will assist in developing community support for people with intellectual disabilities.  This position assures that individuals are fully integrated into the community.  Requires high school diploma/G.E.D.  Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have valid state-issued driver’s license and current motor vehicle record in good standing and current health certificate.  Two (2) years of work experience and/or training in the areas of intellectual disabilities preferred.
