Consulting Services

Through our Consulting Services, St. John's Community Services actively supports local and national organizations to develop programs, pursue strategic directions, incorporate innovation and meet the challenges of the ever changing human services environment.  In a consultative framework, support can be provided one-on-one or to teams of professionals, businesses of all sizes, non-profit organizations, government leaders, international consultants and health and human service agencies across the country.  

SJCS staff can help organizations build their capacity in areas such as:  

• strategic planning
• program evaluation
• program development
• conversion to community-based services
• fundraising
• advocacy
• board development
• budget planning 

Training on specific tops pertinent to an organization can also arranged.  Our goal is to enable organizations to more effectively address business challenges by complementing and strengthening staff skills to achieve organizational objectives.
